Substrate levelling, waterproofing zones, and precise setting out all need to be addressed before a single tile is laid. The alignment, the grout spacing, the tile cuts at borders and corners, and the transitions between different floor levels are all planned before work begins so the finished surface sits flat and stays that way.
Floors and walls that stay flat, sealed, and consistent over time are the result of preparation that was done correctly before the tiling started. What is visible in the finished surface is a direct reflection of the work that went into everything that came before it.
Floor and wall tiling across the villa: living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, outdoor spaces
Large-format tile and porcelain slab installation
Tile removal, screeding, and surface preparation
Outdoor and wet-area tiling with correct falls and exterior-rated systems
Sixty percent of a tiling job happens before tiling: removing old finishes properly, levelling the screed, planning the layout, so the cuts land where they’re least visible, and matching adhesive to tile type. Skipping preparation is how “cheap” tiling gets quoted, and how hollow, cracking floors get made. Preparation is itemized in our scope so you can see it’s there.
