We assess the existing pump before recommending anything. Flow rate, pressure output, motor condition, and the integrity of the connections are all checked before a decision is made about whether repair or replacement is the right course of action for the unit and the villa it serves.

Replacement is only recommended when the assessment confirms the pump can no longer be brought back to reliable performance through servicing. A unit that can be repaired properly does not need to be replaced, and that is the position we take on every pump visit regardless of the age of the installation.
