Heat expansion, UV degradation, and moisture ingress work on exterior and interior surfaces differently, and the preparation required for each is not the same. We assess the condition of the surface, identify what is behind any visible deterioration, and prepare correctly before any coating or repair material goes on.

A paint or masonry repair that addresses only the surface leaves the underlying cause untouched. Moisture behind a wall, a crack in the render, or a failing sealant joint will return through the same or an adjacent point if the substrate is not properly treated before the finish is applied.
